1. City Palace of Udaipur

It was the opulence of the city that, often attracted unwanted attention from foreign invaders. Built on the banks of Lake Pichola, City Palace was the residence of the royal family in the past. Influences from Chinese, Medieval and European architecture can be seen in the palace. 2. Sajjangarh Fort

Maharana Sajjan Singh the 72^nd ruler of Mewar built this fort initially to watch the movement of monsoon clouds. Built on top of a hill that stands 3100 feet above sea level, the fort leaves the visitors awestruck with the view of Udaipur from top. Currently the fort is maintained by the forest department and is open to tourists.

3. Fateh Sagar Lake 

Constructed in 1687 by Maharana Jai Singh but was later washed away due to the floods. Later Maharana Fatah Singh built the Connaught Dam to mark the visit of Duke of Connaught on Lake Daweli.
