Can I add Private registered vehicles?

necessitating the use of commercial vehicles instead. ONN has a network of
vendors supplying commercial plate vehicles to our existing partners.

What is an ideal fleet size at a station?

and investment capacities, as well as the specifics of the franchise location.

What will be the operating radius where no other partner will be added by ONN Bikes?

The minimum service area is determined by the number of vehicles leased by the
partner. It begins at 2 square kilometers for 30 vehicles and increases accordingly
as more vehicles are added by the partner.

I do not have a place, but I am interested in the Partner Model. How can we work it out?

you can start and operate a station.

From the date of finalization, how long will it take to make the station live?

We commit to completing the onboarding process for the station and making it live
on our platform within a maximum timeframe of 7 days.

What would be an ideal store requirement for a 5 vehicle station?

A station comprising 5 vehicles can also be established within a modest 100 square
feet shop space.

Question 11

Do I have to obtain a bike rental license?

ONN Bikes possesses a valid bike rental license, thereby relieving our partners of
the burden of investing significant sums in obtaining this license independently. To
commence business operations with us, partners only need to secure a shop
license from the local authorities.

What is the minimum investment to start the franchise?

You have the opportunity to initiate business operations with as few as 5 vehicles.
The initial investment requirement commences at 3.5 lakh rupees.

Do I require to take a GST number to start the franchise?

Accepted Answer

To commence business operations, obtaining a GST number is not obligatory.
However, if the total station revenue surpasses the 20 lakh rupees threshold, in
accordance with regulations, partners will be mandated to procure a GST
registration. It is imperative for partners to adhere to all local laws and regulations
to ensure the lawful operation of their business within the prescribed frameworks.

What does ONN Charge monthly?

Accepted Answer

ONN Bikes charges 20%+GST(18%) of the monthly revenues as platform fee. The rest
gets transferred to the partner.

How will I get to know the revenue earned by the station and my payout?

In order to maintain complete transparency with the partners, we share the bookings
report and payout report with you in the 1st week of every month. Payout for the same
shall be released on or before the 15th of every month.

When does the payout get credited to my account?

Accepted Answer

We transfer the partner's payout on 15th of every month. You will recieve a revenue
report before 10th of every month.

Question 18

Under whose name the vehicles will be registered?

Accepted Answer

Options:
1. Partner have the option to register the vehicles with anyone, However ONN only
operates commercial vehicles on its platform.
2. Partner can themself procure vehicles and register the vehicles in their name, ONN
will provide its license to be used for commercial registration of vehicles.
3. ONN Bikes also helps our existing partners with vehicle procurement, where vehicles
are leased by ONN Bikes to Partners for operating the renting business.

What is the reccomended Manpower requirement for franchise?

A station with upto 30 vehicles can be managed by 1 executive along with a
mechanic. For a station above 30 vehicles would require 2 executives to operate

In case of any customer queries, who will they contact first?

Accepted Answer

When customers have inquiries or require clarifications, they can reach out to
ONN's Customer Success team. If the matter necessitates escalation, the Customer
Success team forwards the query to the partner's team within the shared
communication group.

Question 21

How can I track my bookings?

Accepted Answer

Through ONN Bikes Partner App, you can track your overall bookings, vehicle status
and customer details.

Question 22

What happens if the rider damages the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

According to our terms and conditions, it is explicitly stated that the rider is
responsible for damages up to Rs. 10,000. Any damages exceeding this amount can
be directly claimed from the insurance company, contingent upon the presence of
valid comprehensive insurance coverage on the vehicle.

What happens if my vehicle goes into Non-Return state? How does ONN safeguards our vehicles?

1. Our policy of securing the rider's original driving license as a deposit has led to a
significant reduction in instances of theft or non-return, averaging only one case per
month per city.
2. ONN empowers our partners with ample discretion to withhold vehicle rental if they
harbor any reservations regarding the customer.
3. Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems, bolstering security measures
and facilitating vehicle recovery efforts, thereby minimizing theft incidents.
Nevertheless, in the event that a vehicle enters a non-return state, we possess all
necessary documentation to furnish to the appropriate authorities promptly. This
includes the customer's license, booking details, customer images, and more.
However, it's essential to note that the partner must initiate this process themselves.

Question 24

What happens if the rider gets the vehicle seized by the police?

In such an event, it is the rider's responsibility to retrieve the vehicle from police
custody, as we hold their license as collateral security. The partner is required to
furnish all necessary documents to the rider to facilitate this process.
